I need it for the battle tree. And I want to run a physical set, if that helps. I will get this stone anyway, but I'm not sure that buying it is worth replacing a team member that's proven very helpful so far. I guess I'll get it now, but I'll have to find a new use for Goodra.

you can put both on your team as long as you use something to glue your team together
steel types would work the best in regards of battle tree, like magnezone, celesteela, skarmory as they can take the super effective attacks intended for your dragons.
