They're completely different and I don't know why they decided to replace one with the other.

I know Isle Evelup is easy and convenient, but it was nice to powergrind like that in just like an hour without battling or gaining exp.

But I guess ultimately Hyper Training is a bit more useful, since I think it's the first IV raising service in the series.

I was hoping Hyper Training was going to be just like Super, with the mini games and all.

They should never have made IVs from hyper training unavailable to breeding.
Hacked dittos are so rampant for a reason, letting people get a legit 6iv ditto for breeding would have been a blessing for this game, but game freak have their heads literally up their ass and just makes it a pain to use every feature they come up with.

To answer OPs question: super training > hyper training, as hyper training is literally hitler.
