I like all of them, Nihilego's just one of the last ones to come to mind when I'm thinking of all of them because it's literally trhe most featureless. I don't actually forget any of their existences, it just might take me a few seconds to round them all up in my thoughts and those ones happen to come later than super obvious shit like Celesteela and Guzzlord.

Other anon got the Beast Boost part, which also goes for Necrozma, but as for the 570 BST: none of the others, or Necrozma, evolve either. The Cosmog line can easily be explained by being some sort of special brand of Ultra Beast. They also make the portals to the Ultra Dimension and at least the one you get post-game is "born" in the Pokemon Dimension itself. Given the legends you read at the library, it's likely Nebby was as well.

The Cosmog line itself is already pretty unique either way, so it's not really much of a problem that they don't fit the BST of the others. They do fit the weird cry sound and the Prime Number theme. Necrozma does as well, despite also not fitting the BST of either the Cosmog line or the Ultra Beasts (it has 600 instead of 580 or 570). I'm not really sure what would explain the discrepancy, but there's enough in common anyway to provoke speculation.
