Venusaur/Meganium and Blastoise/Feraligatr have the same stats, just distribuited differently. For example Venusaur's Def and SpA are 83 and 100 respectly, but Meganium's Def and SpA are 100 and 83 respectly, everything else is the same (80 in HP and Speed, 82 in Atk, and 100 in Sp. Def)

When Yungoos evolves into Gumshoos its Speed doesn't changes, it stays in 45.

With 102 Speed, Garchomp is the fastest non-Mega Evolved pseudo-legendary, and with 135 Attack, Salamence and Metagross are the strongest non-Mega Evolved pseudo-legendaries (Dragonite and Tyranitar have 134 Attack)

Ironically they are terrible competitively.
