You can just check on Serebii, they have a list of pokemon that appear in there.
And it was done with data mining, so you can be sure it's accurate..

No. It learns all of three moves from Breeding and they're not good.

Which makes me feel like this Pokemon is incomplete. If they cared, they would have given it Shell Smash and maybe some other usable moves. Aura Sphere or something. And since I know they DON'T care, they won't, and poor Kommo-o is left to rot in the dust.
