Did you get those traded through GTS or link trade.

Pokemon traded through link trade don't get hack checked so if the batch injector traded with you then a bad pokemon can get sent through.

Sorry to be a faggot but I have a homebrew setup question. I'm using an O3DS, 10.6.0-31U firm, doing oothax with powersaves. I downloaded the most recent saveimage zip as of sept 15 but I'm not sure which file to use. Went into saveimages_powersaves and there's two folders, 45fe009 and c2fe009. I'm in usa region and inside both there's then like a dozen non n3ds files. Which one do I pick? Yellow's readme isn't helping.

basically you need to dl (not subscribe, the dl is free) pokebank. Then you start the hbl and jksm, and before you get to the black screen hbl asks you to pick a "target" for jksm. There you select pokebank, then you get to the standard black screen of jksm where you can select ORAS and it will work like usual.

If I remember correctly you had to edit some filter.txt file on your sd card for that to work first (or maybe it was a special jksm version), you should find that pretty easily when you google "jksm pokebank oras"

They're not legit, they're legal.
They're completely identical to any Pokemon you'd be able to obtain in-game, unless the injector is retarded (e.g. Beast Ball Porygon).

Sometimes you get kicked off the server and subsequently softbanned if you attempt to trade "Problem Pokemon" too often. At least, this seems to be the case in my experience.
It's easily bypassed though.
