Most Pokemon aren't designed with their stats min-maxed to fit the meta - and those that are are either borderline broken or have limited move-sets to compensate.

Mixed stats just means options, you can build physical, special or something in-between.

Christ anon Decidueye is base 70 Speed with decent special bulk and a pretty solid move-pool utility-wise. It's fine, we don't need another mix/max speedy set-up sweeper, we have quite enough already.

well in gumshoos case, the only set I could come up with was to yawn to try and force a switch and then use a stab stakeout boosted thrash or crunch, but it has mediorcre bulk to survive hits so you'd have to give it a focus sash making its gimmick only work once, just give him more defenses (10 or 20 to both) and you could probably swing it. Just take the points from speed since part of its theme is

I have no idea how to play competitively but this looks pretty good to me. Give it acces to recovery moves too.
