Decided to try some main stages before the update, since I haven't cleared the 30 added in the last main stage update. Holy shit, fuck Seedot. Apparently with some luck the S rank is possible itemless but I don't even have the luck to clear the stage after three hearts. It would be nice if Reshiram and Talonflame's abilities would trigger, I got 'em up to level 2 for a reason. If the new main stages tomorrow have even more hp than Graucus Hall, items are gonna be a must for not just S ranks, but just progressing through shitmons.

Remember folks, complaining on the internet helps. Cleared the stage after making that last post.

Finally that fucking Delibird gave me a Speedup.

The times it dropped stuff abilities wouldnt activate for shit on 3 matches. I only managed to win with 1 move left both times. M-Luke is a really great help to get a clean board and those delicious 4/5 machamp line-ups.

Well, I don't think there are many things that would fit that area. It's not just a generic art gallery or a port town, it's literally a japanese festival that takes place at night.

So /shuffle/, I wanna catch Kyurem-B, Arceus and Zygarde but obviously priority are the first 2 because of Fug competition.

I don't think I should have any problems with Arceus since I have RT Machamp/Luke and with an Atk+ should be fairly easy, but I don't know what disruptions to expect/which other mons to bring. Suggestions?

However KyuB kinda scares me since I don't have M-Fug even tho my Ice/dragon mons are in good shape. Should I just bring C-1, MS, DD, M-Gengar, Dragonite and Fug? Or is it way too overkill? I got 50k coins and I don't mind spending like 30k on catching both Arceus and KyuB, even 40k s reasonable taking into account that on sunday I should be able to get around 8k.

I'm ready to listen to all suggestions and consider everything before diving in, so enlighten me /shuffle/

Just a heads up to everyone, the competition stage is completely different on 3DS compared to mobile. 3DS is a 45 second timed stage that starts with the top row being metal blocks and Audino and Arceus added as 5th and 6th Pokemon. There are no disruptions. MS, DD, AP+ and C-1 are available.

I might try a Double Normal team for the first time, it might be the only way for me to get the high score required for tier 1 prizes. I got my Arceus and Regigigas up to max after the last timed competition, so I never got to try it before. Just gotta get my Slaking up a few more levels. new strategy is around eject++.

You use mfug (20/20) to possibly remove all kind of mons. Your quirky+ user removes himself. And your eject++ user removes up to 5 pidgeys. You can use two eject++ users, but then the pidgeys might get removed to much and get pretty rare, leaving you with to many ejcet++ users. Even worse when mfug decides to also target the pidgey support.
Also the new meowth layout helps so much getting fug ready

Did a full item run on stage 530 to get Salamencite and the S-rank. I honestly hated these new main stages, I'm only going to S-ranking them during a really dead week

I dont get the hate for Entei. Sure its "just" Rock Break+. However plenty of stages were you would use it love to spam with rocks. Of course if you have reached main stages 400+ you wont have the need for a fire rock breaker, but if you have like everything after 200 to do, you will use it quite often. Just lookt at Delibird now for example. A really fucked up starting board can be cleared thx to Entei in one or two turns. Its not as great as the other two, but still very useful.

You can also swap Throh. Not a meme, srsly. Its SE against 5 types, and being exclusiv against normal. Also normal types really love to spam with barriers. And thx to the new update you can grind it later. Also 5 RML to increase its base power.

Other "good" swaps: Machamp, Emboar (although too late for both), Ampharos, Perfect Zygarde (only dragon black smasher+). I'm sure I forgot someone....

You want to use either MMY or MMX. You wont use it as support. And the chance to get a 4match before mega evolving is to small. I know that it can deal around 1k damage if properly grinded. However you want to create combos with it and not substitute it for some other psychic mega.

Only possible team would be against poison when garchomp/camel is your mega. However there are so little poison stages where you want to deal big damage instead of clearing disruptions...

I finally swapped Aerodactyl to Swap++ and it was actually useful against Delibird. I previously used the two RB++ users there. Also swapped Vanillish to BB++. Wouldn't recommend if you're low on swappers though.

I'm looking at the 12 jewels (9+3) option for $12.69. Now, it says that I'll get a bonus of max hearts +2 and check-in bonuses increased by x1.4 for a month if I get 10+ jewels. Does this 12 pack count for that? Or does it only count as "9" because of the whole "9+3" thing? Either way, I guess I should wait about a week since the bonuses end on the first day of the month after you get the jewels.

The other question I have is about the Jewel Reward notice. It says if I get this 12 pack, I'll get an extra 6 jewels free and then something about eligibility being determined on Dec 27, Jan 3, and Jan 10, with a reward period of Dec 28, Jan 5, and Jan 11. So does this mean if I get this 12 pack on Jan 1, I'll get my six freebies on Jan 5?

Tips for Zygarde? You can bring a DD if you want too and not worry about Zygarde. Zygarde-50 is good on that stage for barriers, SS Zygarde-100 is good for blocks. Ideally your Gengar will be keeping the combos going and you won't ever need them, assuming you bring a DD too.
