Being so negligible that they go mostly unused isn't 'better'. The only real useful ones are the status z-moves which don't even get the overblown special animations they were selling these things with.

Gen 4 remakes

What were they thinking with this ass backwards progression?
First introduced item based form that powers up pokemon for the entire battle.
THEN introduced an item based super move that you can only use once per battle. What? They really should have introduced these the other way around. Z-moves are a terrible follow-up.
