Ledian's speed is shit compared to the meta speed creep but totally usable in-game or for casual battling. 4x 35 is a simple fix. I think it would be fine to even just restrict it to only punching moves and have it replace its Iron Fist hidden ability, if they expanded the movepool to include a better selection of applicable moves. Give it a signature move like Tri Attack but four effects and it's a punching move.
