Better than nothing, but it's still a bit hard to find pokemon that learn terrains. Sure there are the Tapu, but they won't be around in future generations, so I think flying to the required location and feeding a rare candy would probably be easier anyway

I have no idea what's electric about vast poin canyon, but that's where you go if you evolve something that requires it, like vikavolt or Probopass.
