Funny story, I actually used the icecream cone in B/W because there were just so few Pokemon that 1 had useable stats and 2 didn't look like complete dogshit, which are very scarce in 5th gen. I found it to be silly and charming in a gen that mostly tried too hard.

It gets a fairly medicore movepool.
