Yeah abandoned supermarket island feels like "home base" island to me. The one in OP pic I keep forgetting the entire bottom left sector exists, and the top route isn't too familiar to me. It's also got the mystery golf course and inaccessible water sections.

I heard that the golf course was fully rendered. What about this area? I know you can see some of it and a cave entrance from the bottom of the water trial.

Well in theory it should be possible to place your character there via PKHex. Has anyone tried it?

That door in hau'oli city to the mall looked like nothing at the beginning of the game. You couldnt press A and it looked poorly textured so i assumed it was nothing. All of a sudden i walk by and its open one day. The right door in that hotel might trigger and open somehow

You only get to interact with the bottom lake, you can even see the fishing spots (block dots). Follow the path and it tells us that the trail leading the the trial is covered by a bunch of trees, so the ponds we traversed aren't the same as the ones on the map.

If you go to the second to last pool of water you can see that those waterfalls are separate from the water trial. There even seems like a cave entrance and the rocks that surround this area are different from the water trial.

1st and 2nd are the best. Most interlinked map design with loops, reminds me of gen 1-4 regions

3rd is practically a straight line like Kalos/Unova, haven't been to 4th yet
