When I've chained for HAs, I've just KOd fourty in the standard way, then switched to a Pokémon that has both Skill Swap and an attacking move. Skill Swap each one before knocking it out. Usually only takes a few tries once you've got your chain up high enough.

Can somebody explain to me how Wishiwashi's ability works? If I switch it in mid-fight, does it automatically start out in the Schooling form before getting hit?

I'm currently debating what Pokemon to put in my story team (choice between Dewpider and Wishiwashi), and I'm not sure what to take.

Wishiwashi sounds awesome like Aeropteryx for the story, I switch Pokemon before they faint anyway. But then again, Dewpider can tank just as well as Wishiwashi in it's schooling form, it can attack just as well with water type attacks (because of it's ability that effectively gives it a 140 base atk when attacking with water moves), and it's a bit faster. So all in all, it looks to me like Dewpider/Araquanid is just as good as Wishiwashi, without being limited to >=25% HP.

Rock head or Lightning rod for singles A-Marowak?

Rock head only has one use, but zero-recoil flare blitz sounds really good. An extra immunity from Lightning rod also sounds like it'd be extremely useful, so I'm conflicted.

Is there any other reason for a SpA specialist to have low Attack IV, aside from lowering damage from confusion and foul play?

Every training session yields 4 EVs. Each training session last 30 minutes (15 with bean power)

So put it in for 2 sessions (1 hr or 30 mins with beanpower) and you'll get 8 in that stat

Play the missions. Easiest one is the type match up. Also everytime you do a wonder trade or use the GTS, a person shows up in your castle. Talk to them to get some FC.

Each game lasts no more than 3 minutes and if you participate you'll get anywhere between 5-50 FC depending on how good you and your team does.

Also note you can reset for the facilities you want.
Get a level but don't enter the castle, do missions or whatever until you're two FC from the next level, do a wonder trade and save. Now enter the castke, the first reward will always be the same but talk to the guy you wonder-traded with to immediatly get a second facility and this one can be reset.

The only way they can 'detect' if it's from a hacked Pokémon is if you get impossible egg moves or unobtainable abilities from it.

For example, Salazzle can't learn Fake Out in any way (yet), but if you hack in a Fake Out Salazzle and breed it, the baby will also have Fake Out. That will be illegal.

Similarly, Hidden Ability Incineroar is not obtainable, so if you hacked in a HA Incineroar and bred it, the baby would be illegal.

There's literally no flag anywhere on the game that would be set off by using a 6IV Ditto or something like that.

It helps chain dittos with the least amount of awareness possible. Get a smeargle with recycle, false swipe, and switcheroo holding a leppa berry in there to be copied by the ditto. Then switcheroo it to give the leppa berry, and then switch to the memento pokemon, and spam adrenaline orbs. Never ending dittos while spamming "a" blindly. It goes fastest if the pokemon only knows memento to eliminate RNG for the opposing ditto.
