Depends if you plan on using them or not. If you do, the only one that really uses Hidden Power is Lele.

Hyper Training is a pain because getting bottle caps is mind numbingly tedious, whether you do the Festival exploit or you grind out fishing spots and getting to level 100 takes a while, even with the Refresh and Lucky Egg bonuses.
