This is the #1 team on the VGC 17 pokemon showdown ladder right now, with 1819 rating. I just don't understand how or why? Every other team in the top 25 is samey, with garchomps, celesteelas, tapu kokos, tapu leles, and all the other things you would expect.

However, this one team has... kommo-o? Vanilluxe that isn't even using icy wind? tapu fini? I just don't get it. How is this working?
