You can stop those Pixelate users who rely on Hyper Voice over a normal Moon Blast. Since those fairies don't double up on fairy moves, they tend to have a hard time KOing a Dark pokemon which they should be strong against.

Throat chop has a cool animation.

Even if they run double fairy moves, you'll still make them waste a turn if you outspeed them. Then you can hopefully finish them off with ICrash/IPunch
