Dive ball is the most water-like effect of the three. It has little blue bubbles (think the card game water symbol or the misty episode of the anime), and the net is a big ol' net with blue particle effects. The Lure is somewhere in the middle- is has a little 'splash' effect, and then has some blue particles.
But the Dive is the only one with textbook WATER effects.

I recently figured out how to get HA in any ball so long as the pokemon has a male and female varaint. I had a male goomy with HA in a timer ball and a female with regular ability in a level ball, so I bred the male with a ditto for a female with HA, then did the same to get a male in level ball, bred them together for a level ball HA goomy :)

The fact that breeding the same species together can pass down either parents' ball now is amazing.

Koko: Ultra, followed by Level, repeat ball and fast ball

Lele: Love Ball, don't fall for the heal ball meme.

Fini: Dive Ball, followed by Net Ball and Master Ball. I think Dive Ball is just plain nicest to look at, has the best release animation, and it matches her blue accents very well.

Bulu: Timer Ball, Repeat Ball, Luxury Ball or Friend Ball. Bulu is hard because it depends on what you want to bring out the most. Timer to bring out the whites, this is my fav because it's not used on much else. Repeat matches colours really well in exchange for dropping the whites, but has a horrible release animation suited for electric types. Luxury matches well, gold as a sub for yellow, has a red strip etc but I feel like it's a bit too dark (my second fav tho). Friend Ball is more to bring out its typing, instead of matching the pokemon colour think of it as it matching the overall "field" or "farmland" it's suited too since it's a bull. It also matches its typing and the release animation is perfect for that too, the little tear drops are also perfectly coloured to suit.

Regular poke balls have less then 1x effectiveness on ultra beasts. Their catch rate is 255 so that beast balls are guaranteed captures.

It seems tailor made to ignite just what we're seeing now: a new trade economy where it is both possible to get a lot of Pokemon in rare Balls, but impossible to do on your own if you want a number of them in the same Ball type.

I usually just make do with the legal combinations if I ever plan to do any of the on-line stuff in game.

Though ball legality usually gets passed the wifi hack check the last thing you want is some artists freaking out because you battled them or traded them a Luxury Ball Incineroar.

Up to you, really. The blues don't really match and the effects are going to be a bit off, with the water effect, but the red does match nicely.

Since it is exclusive to to SM, you'll at least be getting something new to the economy too, so you might also be able to use to to score odd Apricorn Ball pokemon if you want/need to. For your purposes, it's more about if there's anything else in SM you might want to use the Lure Ball on. I actually can't think of anything, between the Gen V-VII mons and the new ones available in it.

In all likelihood they just got someone's breedject and shunted it back out into the void. Unless their name matched the OT, which in any case could just mean they bred off a breedject.

I kinda wish they would just introduce a plethora of new balls, even if they're unnecessary. Weather specific pokeballs, type specific pokeballs, egg group specific pokeballs...like ffs GameFreak, just give us more options and make them consistently available.
