When a move that returns damage (bide, counter, mirror coat, metal burst) is used but would do less damage than any time a similar move was previously used instead it does that much damage.

In effect, counter/coat wont wiff if its gone off at least once, and will only ever increase in damage.

Actually, a friend and I figured out the best exp grinding. Get a blissey and that infinitely pp restoring smeargle, find a ditto, and after having the first ditto copy the smeargle and giving it a berry swap in the blissey. The called ditto will copy the blissey and the exp gain she would give. Throw a lucky egg on blissey and also on each other mon. Farm blissey xp forever or until you run out of PP.

Just did the calculation again by myself, it should be an average of 3107.3 xp for each mon that is in the party with an egg and xp share. That's per ditto killed.
