Actually... I'd say no, not so.

Everyone is miserable and sad in the Eevee quest.

From the guy at the graveyard who got a bad reputation as someone who "rose from the dead" because he was put in the hospital, to the woman who spends all her money on beauty treatments to keep her forever young( "but I can't keep my bones young"), to the old lady with fucking alzheimers, the whole quest lacks an uplifting message.

It's just blunt - you will get old and die. And it will suck
