Every copy of sun lets you get four Pheromosa, two Celesteela and two Lunala. Plenty of trade power.

But of course I have a living dex to complete which means I need somebody to give me their cosmog and Type: Null. That will be difficult.

Weavile is very easy to get a lot of, so no problem there as long as you have a Butterfree. Porygon-Z and Kingdra are rather pricey to make (given they require battle tree materials) but are absolutely guaranteed to trade away no matter the Pokemon.
