I dunno, why are we born being unable to walk? Marowak's Fire/Ghost-typing is due to local Marowak behavior, so a newborn Cubone won't have that.

What you just said made no fucking sense. If a Marowak supposedly evolved to better adapt to the grass and Bewear filled environment, then why isn't their Cubone black with a marking on their skull as well? Why are they still Ground?
