There's a mixed attacker every Gen

Blastoise, Meganium, Blaziken, Infernape, Serperior, Greninja, and Decidueye are all their respective gens' mixed attackers.

You could say Samurott and Emboar can also be mixed attackers, but Serperior literally has equal Attack and Special Attack so the honor goes to it.

Spirit Shackle isn't even a contact move, so those benefits only apply to U-turn, among the moves on a standard Decidueye set.

It's cause Decidueye was supposed to be physical attacker, but gf decided to took its'100' speed and put it into special attack for sake of...making slow Pokemon???
I really felt Incineroar should have been a fast mixed attacker (as proved from Litten and Torracat stats) but gf changed it into a bulk attack and slower.

Why does Serperior not have any offense so to speak, did they not learn from meganium?
Why does Samurott have a defensive hidden ability in shell armor, and simultaneously why doesn't it get shell smash.
Why DID they make Emboar part fighting, dark or just pure Fire would have worked very well on it.
Why can't Empoleon learn roost. Fucking Mantine got it eventually why not Empoleon.
Why is Torterra physically oriented when its level up movepool is mostly special.

Could go on but I wont, starters for the most part always have something fucking wrong with them. In fact there have only been 3 whole starters that were OU in their debut generation, Swampert, Inernape and Greninja.
