It kind of is. If it had a flinch chance, Emergency Exit would be less likely to activate right away. The way it is now, yeah, it can do good damage, but it also give the opponent the chance to slap him back, likely activating the ability. If it was more like Fake Out, you get that nice chunk of damage off without fear of retaliation. Then either stay in and try for a Sucker Punch or switch out.

I dunno, maybe I'm the only on that feels that way.
