Heg dies young.

Can anyone help? I want to go back and replay some Soul Silver rom, but I want to make a few edits to Pokemon. The only gen 4 editor IVs found is PPRE2, but I can't co.pile the source files, and I can't find anywhere to download the thing as an exe. I never played HG/SS so I feel like I missed out on something.

You compile the files in the .nds archive as another new .nds in PPRE.
Then, you run it on an Emulator like DeSmuME.
