In doubles it actually hindered as there is more to factor, but Khangaskan momentum is single is hard to rival.

Most of the people that hate Smogon think Smogon is a group of people that tell everyone else what to use. Most don't realize

It is, particularly now.
The difference between 100 and 125 HP isn't that big and rarely plays a deciding factor.
This is a pokémon with 125 base Attack, so unless you're up against a physically defensive pokémon that resists Normal it's a meme, and even then it's like a 4HKO on Skarmory which shows that the move is less then stellar then too.

Going with the Dugtrio example; I'm going to assume it has full hp investment and 0 Iv's in hp, just to see if he's correct.

252 hp EVs dugtrio has 274 hp at lv 100.

Seismic toss from Khangaskan deals 100 damage 2 times, that means 200 fixed damage, dugtrio has 74 hp after the first blow. It's a clean 2hko.

The only pseudo counter to it are mons that can produce base 101 substitutes as the sub handles both seismic tosses, to be 3hko by mega mom seismic toss you need to be either a ghost type or have base 92 hp, 252 hp EVs and hold lefties to have around 382 hp and get back enough hp back after the first blow to dodge the 400 fixed damage.

Well one, the original anon didn't specify IV's, which kind of implies that they don't have much of an impact. Two, using the lowest possible hp that a level 100 dugtrio could have dispels any uncertainty IF it's hp ends up being higher than 200. I was giving anon the benefit of the doubt. If I had the time and consistency, then I'd do the same. However, there are a few legitimate reasons to not have a perfect hp stat, hidden power type really being the only one in a super competitive environment.
