you can use any pokemon that isnt Ubers or AG in OU, but cant use any OU pokemon in the lower tiers

Just go for the safe and play AG. Almost all allowed there (except funbro REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE)

You can use Pokemon from any tier below OU within OU. Works the same for every tier, but you can't use Pokemon from a tier above UU within UU, for example.

Oh wait I got what you meant never mind aha. So does that mean I CAN use three mons from UU and Ou, or do all six have to be of a specific rank like six OU

If a Pokemon's tier is UU or lower, you can use it in OU.

If a Pokemon's tier is OU, you cannot use it in UU or lower.

It works this way for every tier. You can bring lowered tiered Pokemon up, but you cannot bring higher tier Pokemon down. This only applies if you're playing on Showdown or as an agreement with somebody you're playing with.
