i'm doing a surprise christmas package for my best friend, from the perspective of my trainer from S/M sending it to his

along with an in-character letter, i got him a z ring, some really cute stickers and a custom rowlet lanyard (his starter), some jelly beans as pokebeans in a drawstring pikachu satchel from the pokemon center sketch promo, and finally a necklace of his favorite gemstone tucked inside a TCG leatherette box that i added a light sensing sound module to so that it will play his favorite song from the OST when opened

I've only really played VI, and I didn't even get that far in that (I think I got to the point where the story splits and you have to pick one of three characters or something) but I enjoyed it quite a lot.

If you want to get into FF, I'd start with either the DS FF3 or the FF4 PSP Collection. FF7 and FF8 are pretty cool, but I vastly prefer FF9 over the two. FF10 and FF10-2 are really good and FF12 is one of my favorites.
