Scald would be super useful to a polar animal, lapras don't even usually live in cold regions in game, and the thing is an honorary dragon anyways. Lightning rod would be more useful in general on this. Serene grace would be meme-y, but 60% burn on scald, 20% freeze on freeze dry, and some flinch hax could actually work. Especially if you had lightning rod on base lapras and serene grace on the mega. Switch in and shell smash/mega
