it's basically 100% recovery + Intimidate whenever you want and it gives free momentum if they switch out ala U-turn/Volt Switch
This thing is basically Shedinja 2.0. A garbage mon with the LITERAL best recovery move in the game. It's not as bad as people make it seem though it even gets Spore. Solid NU mon for sure

Its stats are horrible and its abilities are nothing special but it's move pool is amazing. Moon light, Giga drain, Strength Sap, Spore, Moon Blast, ingrain and spot light. If it got an evolution it could be saved and maybe we would even see alot of evolite users

Spotlight can't target yourself, it does the opposite of rage powder in that you can only target your partner. It doesn't make your opponent hit each other either, that only works in Battle Royale.
The only thing its 'good' at is some gimmicky shit like spotlight+kings shield in doubles. You could use it in conjunction with a partners ability/bulk/typing but it's terribly situational at best.
