I bought Moon and pirated Sun. Technically I pirated both but I transferred my Moon save as soon as it was officially released.

I do this each gen and I regretted not doing it this time, but I had some money issues so I didn't want to purchase another one. It sucks because I tend to rush through the game without realizing it, even when I make sure to talk to literally every single NPC and explore extra areas, including finding hidden items and such. I'd like to be able to start over, play without exp share, and build a team so I can spend my time lazily going through it. Oh, well.
