I love Toucannon and i think it's one of the (if not the) best designs of the franchise. The only things that ruin it are the stats (way too much points wasted on defenses and special attack, could have at least 100 speed) and it could had been a little taller.

Most pokemon aren't rendered useless quite so expertly. A lot of people want/ed to use Flygon, and that comes out as disappointment that in the gen after his introduction, they introduced a newer, better model that looks like shit. And then they gave it a mega, gave it a useful HA, as if his regular one wasn't good enough, and generally neglected Flygon.

If you mention Flygon in any context that isn't battling (or in like, RU which is I think the only place where it has a niche) these people don't attack you.
