This is some vore shit I think. I've heard fantasies about people just being absorbed in the stomach or something. Also keep in mind it swallowed a girl. It's some vore bait thing.

If you perfectly metered out your food and water intake, and only ate specially engineered chemical cakes with exactly what your body needs with zero excess materials, you'd never shit or piss. The only major drawback to that would be toxins building up in your body with nothing for them to hitch a ride out of your body in.
