Why can't we use this form in the games? I want my Squishy.

Why can't we put Zygarde Complete, Hoopa Unbound, Pirouette Meloetta, and Sky form Shaymin in the PC?

I'm unsure why they made this form of Zygarde unusable when Cosmog and Cosmoem can't really do anything, yet they are usable as a pokemon.

This. They've already set the bar so that useless, ineffectual babies are usable. Zycore would actually be better than those, since it would still have Zygarde's full moveset, or at the very least the core moves, even if it's base HP was like, 8.
