Do you think GameFreak has learned from their mistakes and made more legendaries that haven't been put in the game/dex yet? Perhaps Marshadow was an outliar.
I'm asking because of the platform in Resolution Cave. It's perfectly set up for a legendary encounter but there is none.
I'm hopeful with the 3rd version (those empty plots through out the game are obviously gyms).
Any ideas?

I'm extremely underwhelmed by the fact that Guzzlord is in that place, but you don't see the model like you could see Solgaleo/Lunala

They cut down legends and now cut down on mythicals.
You're more likely to see more sub legends or ultra beasts.
