It'll be impossible to obtain a gen VII born regular Marowak, Raichu or Exeggutor. For now, at least.

Exeggcute, Pikachu, and Marowak have a flag that forces them to evolve into their Alolan versions, regardless of their origin.

If they evolve in Alola, they become their Alola forms.

The only way to get a non-Alolan Exeggutor, Raichu, or Marowak is to transfer them, already evolved.
