The bag is no longer organized into pockets, it's one big pointless mess and the order the items are in is trapped in the order you got them. You can't skip to the bottom. That Thunderstone you just got to evolve Jolteon? You have to scroll through every fucking item you own, every mega stone, every berry, every key item you only use once in the game, just to get to it. Worse still, selling items won't help because if you have zero of an item instead of not appearing in the bag it'll say:

All new pokemon are trade evolutions. Level up guys are now "Trade when above level 16" or whatever. It's to encourage trading.
Go back to gen-1's thing where all moves have a 1 in 256 chance of missing. IN addition, all moves have 10 more points of base power and 10 less points of accuracy. No moves are ever allowed to have perfect accuracy except for swift and aerial ace and their clones, anything above 90 is off limits.
