I go adamant with litte hp, max attack and a lot of speed for Ubers. I run Double-edge over return. It destroys almost everything after a DD

I run 252 HP / 252 Spe and it sets up on so much shit like nothing

Sub up, DD however times you need, hit really hard even after one attack boost.
