Alright, lets see.
The head appears to be composed of two differently sized "fortune tellers" so that shouldn't be too hard since everyone can make those.
The body looks to be a square with the two lowest corners folded inward twice.
The "arms" also appear to be this, maybe folded in once more.
As far as I can tell, the yellow decals on the arms and the fan shaped parts were simply cut and glued so they aren't needing of folding. Same for the ears and chest.
The legs are the only really difficult part to acertain, either they creased the paper after making two identical shapes of it and glued it together, or they folded it in a way that I can't tell.

It's funny that fingerless gloves have a particular stigma attached to them thanks to edgy teens who thought they were all the rage a few years ago, however with all the touch pad technology on the market now, they should be more logical and useful than ever. If you want to keep your hands relatively warm, but still use your phone, I would think they'd be a good choice.
