Not really, there are other counters, although they aren't very good. The bulkier ghosts do ok (cofagrigus, jellicent, doublade) but they aren't really that great in OU outside of small niches.

Pex and Marowak are the only answers to it that don't suck against other stuff, and even they have problems (toxapex gets fucked by dugtrio u-turn and marowak has no recovery at all and is weak to rocks)

Bulky teams can kinda handle it, the problem is that it just shits all over offense. Your only hope is priority after making it take some rocks or life orb recoil, or alolawak.
