Sorry, but no. Komo-o is just a "Gen 7 Pangoro" where it starts out mediocre to bad, but once tutors come, it will quickly become good. Goodra wasn't even saved by that, it's terrible design wise, it can't work as a tank cause no Recover, it's pure Dragon and that sure helped Haxorus, it's just bad.

Considering how bulky it is without investment, you could run Jolly or even Adamant with max Attack and Speed, Shell Smash w/ White Herb and sweep entire teams with little to no effort. It probably would have shot straight to Ubers if it actually got Shell Smash.

If you mean competitively I think the slug is worse, and maybe even hydreigon. This thing can run either physical, special or mixed, and with that bulk and mediocre speed it is very versatile, just not garchomp levels of versatile.
