If it had priority and/or negated speed via

Mach Punch
Bullet Punch
Sucker Punch
Focus Punch

then there's probably an Iron Fist build or two that could work.

As it currently is, I think its best options are

Avalanche
Payback

and hope that you survive a hit.

I haven't tested interaction between Hyper Cutter and Adrenaline Orb but I assume you can't combo them to ignore the Attack debuff from Intimidate while still gaining the Speed boost. Because that would be useful otherwise.

his base HP isnt shit so hopefully with the IVS he can take at least the first hit to come back with iron fist stab Ice hammer or Superpower

It resists Frost Breath at least. Might be workable in doubles with Trick Room.
