I know this isn't the QnA thread, but I was hoping at least one of you guys could help me with some breeding questions

Firstly, is it true that if I breed an Alolan Mon with an Everstone I'll get a Kantonian Form of it?
And secondly, how do I get a Pokemon that hatches from an egg to get a certain nature? I've read that one of the parents must be holding an Everstone and it'll have a 50% chance to inherit its nature down

I wholeheartedly appreciate every bit of information, I'm looking to get a Shiny Modest A-Vulpix and I'm a fucking idiot when it comes to Breeding

Update: I caught it and it was funny as hell. It used Flatter on my Espeon (which is only level 20) and I broke through the Confusion that turn and used Sand Attack. Then it missed me, Confusion wore off, I hit it with another, and this went on until I hit it 6 times with Sand Attack. Then switched to Snorlax and got it to 1 HP, then switched to Muk and used Confide 5 times after my 3 X. Sp. Def, but it crit me so I switched to my Butterfree that I forgot I had and kept putting it to sleep. It didn't even touch my Butterfree at all kek. Got it Timid and in a Heal Ball. Really solid IVs too, except HP but I have bottle caps to use. Feelsgoodman.
