I barely dabble in competitive, but is rest + hydration as broken as it seems? I've wanted to try out a hydration Goodra with max bulk envestment running rest dragon tail toxic and rain dance to spread poison throughout a whole team, then switch to a strong special attacker with venoshock and hex, maybe tentacruel to take advantage of rain dish. Would this be viable?

you should try out on showderp it seems fine in theory but if your just using goodra for poisoning you might have to run a fast mon to clean late game and also a rain mon like pelipper
