I have a semi-similar case because I did SR for Timid, but I didn't really check on the best Ash-Greninja sets out there so I immediately assumed Timid would be the way to go, and I can no longer fix that.

People say Timid AshNinja is trash compared to Naive AshNinja cuz U-Turn and such, but maybe they're wrong.

You can always just drop your Ash-Greninja on GTS and ask for another one. That's how I went from a shitty Celesteela to a viable one.
