The most straightforward way is to use a homebrew save dumping tool like JKSM, and use PKHeX to edit the file itself.

Just copy and paste one of the patched code.bins into SD:/luma/code_sections
Hold select when booting Luma to open up the config menu, turn on "Enable region/language emu. and ext. .code" and press start.

Place it in SD:/hans/

Real talk, how do I get this running? I have n3ds. I extracted the patched code.bin and renamed it to 00175E00.code for Moon. I placed it in SD:\hans. I started up HB, started up hans, selected moon, turned on the option to use code, and it auto-selects the 00175E00.code file. When I run it though it just brings me right back to HB menu. If I try to repeat this I hang at a yellow screen and have to reboot.

Not every injector has to be a NEET or someone with a lot of free time. You're getting a service done for nothing. If you're unsatisfied with how things are done,
maybe you should hack your DS and dump pokemon for people yourself?
If you scan 50 something QR's, with about 5-10 of them not working because of sniped deposits or user error + the monotony of the scanner/GTS transfer visuals over and over you'll probably only want to do it in short bursts too.
