By the way, these abilities need to have a buff that makes sense. Kluts with 33% attack increase does not make sense. Klutz with knock off effect does.

I always thought that Pressure meant air pressure, or some kind of movement restriction over the battlefield. Most of the mons that get it are Flying or Psychic typed, and my headcanon is that the ability makes it a little harder to move physically, so attacking takes extra effort, hence the PP drain.

That's far too overpowered.
Maybe something like each inactive turn regenerates 1/8 health.
Maybe not that much because Slaking does have a load of HP, but something to give it some preservability.
