Okay, so like, if you're just breeding them, you can't guarantee those stats. If you had one with those stats and cloned it a bunch, you wouldn't say they're guaranteed those stats, you'd say they had those stats.

Right okay, so you looked at each one and each one has the same 5 IVs. Then you don't say "guaranteed to have those stats" you just say "have those stats." You guarantee things that should be variable, but are asking for trust that it's not.

And they're always invariably false.

But when you say you're guaranteeing these IVs, it has this negative implication that you're lying. Why wouldn't he just say those were the stats? Why would he need to guarantee such a thing?
