The basic idea is she was sent through an ultra wormhole in the Emerald universe and was catapulted into the new ORAS XY SuMo universe because the battle frontier has yet to exist and the characters speak about her as if she never existed until then.

She remembers being a battle frontier brain but no one else knows who she is because of reasons stated above.
