Memes aside, I think Koko beat buzzy's ass (based on typing, stats, and their movesets at the time) and drove it away from the Ruins of Conflict without pursuing it. Buzzy fled to the meadow (possibly staying there due to the prescene of another buzzy), Koko probably forgot what it was fired up about, and the MC snatched both UB02s up before Koko remembered what it had been fired up about.
